PPTP 接続の設定方法(RTX1100)
yamaha 公式サイトと比べて，mschap-v2 の enable が必要だった．
また，同じネットワークに接続する（別subnetでrouting しないケース）でも， ip address pool は設定する必要がある．その上で proxy arp は必要．
